The first Wonder Woman movie gave the much-needed break for DCEU. That movie fared well critically and commercially. The sequel is directed by Patty Jenkins, who also directed Wonder Woman. This movie’s chronological sequence places it between the Justice League and Wonder Woman. This movie is set 66 years after the end of the first world war. This movie sees both Gal Gadot and Chris Pine reprising their roles from the first movie. The villain will be Cheetah, a man with an ability to transform into a human-cheetah hybrid. Cheetah will be played by Kristen Wiig. A pivotal role will be played by Pedro Pascal, of Game of Thrones fame. The story for this movie was written by David Callaham, who also wrote Godzilla and The Expendables. The movie is expected to release globally on 14 August 2020.

Batman has not had a standalone movie in a long time. This movie will be directed by Matt Reeves, who had directed the Dawn of The Apes movie. Batman was initially supposed to be played by Ben Affleck, but he has now stepped down from the role. In May 2019, Warner Bros has confirmed Robert Pattinson as the new Batman in Matt Reeves’s The Batman. The Batman will be the first installment in the Batman trilogy. This movie is set to focus on a younger Bruce Wayne than the one in Justice League and Batman vs Superman. This movie is expected to release in 2021, it’s estimated to be close on 1 October 2021.

This movie is expected to be a reboot of the original Suicide Squad movie. This movie has gone through many director changes and the latest person to be given the reins is James Gunn, the former Marvel director. He is also expected to prepare the script for the movie. Margot Robbie will reprise her role as Harley Quinn from the first film along with Viola Davis as Amanda Waller and Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flag.
