This movie will release on Disney+ on 12 June 2020 and is the big-screen adaptation of the first two Artemis Fowl novels by Eoin Colfer. This movie is directed by Kenneth Branagh. This movie has been under development for more than a decade with initial plans being announced as far back as 2001. Artemis puts into action the capture of Holly Short a member of the law enforcement agency of the secret underground world that is filled with magical creatures. Artemis uses the capture of Holly Short as a method to extort gold out of the magical creatures in order to restore his family fortune.
